We start by personally meeting with or speaking to our clients at a time that suits them as we realise that people are very individual and we like to gain a firm understanding of our clients requirements. This initial discussion also enables us to identify how we can best help our clients without becoming an intrusion in their lives.

After this discussion, our clients are allocated with a Lifestyle Manager so that they are able to contact the same person any time they require help. This is also important as Lifestyle Managers need to get to know their clients and how they prefer to operate.

Our clients are also given a direct line phone number to use so that they can be in direct and instant contact with the Lifestyle Manager that is working with them.

At Creative Time Solutions, we have very high standards and you can be guaranteed that no matter what job you task us with, it will be carried out with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. No task is too small or menial for our team.

We realise that the nature of this business can be very personal, therefore, we take confidentiality very seriously. A privacy contract can be draw up with Lifestyle Managers for additional piece of mind.
