For any event, we start by personally meeting with or speaking to our clients at a time that suits them to gain an exact understanding of what the requirements for the event are and what budget we will be working with.
The initial meeting / discussion is perhaps the most important stage in the event arranging process. We need to know what our client's expectations are so that we can ensure that these expectations are not only met but are often exceeded. Effective communication is key to ensuring a successful event.
Stage Two - Detailed Proposal
After this meeting, a detailed proposal will be drawn up for our clients consideration which will outline the full costs expected for the event in line with the agreed budget.
Stage Three - Full Event Management
Once our client is happy with the proposal, we will then take care of the full event - handling everything from the set-up to invitation rsvps. Our clients' will be allocated with a dedicated and personal Event Manager that they will have direct and instant contact with - no matter what time of day it is.
Our clients will always be kept in the loop of progress made with the event and will receive updates on a regular basis via email or even text message. Depending on the size of the event, meetings can be arranged with our clients at staged intervals in the lead-up to the event to ensure that the event is heading in the right direction.
Stage Four - Final Confirmation
No matter what size of event it is, a full itinerary / programme / information pack for the event will be sent to our client so that they are fully aware of what will be happening during their event.
The Event Manager from Creative Time Solutions will be on hand at the actual event, on request or where appropriate, to ensure that the event runs smoothly. Where it is not possible for the Event Manager to be present, they will be on standby and available instantly to our clients via phone.
Stage Five - Evaluation of Event
The Event Manager will contact the client to ensure that they were satisfied with their event. Depending on the nature of the event, a comprehensive evaluation of event effectiveness and delegate satisfaction can be undertaken. This exercise can help to identify which aspects of the event were most and least effective which can be useful for our clients to consider when planning their next event.
